Pros
If you have nothing else then this option could be considered. Get a work visa and buy time to look for something else.
Cons
There are many, but I will try to keep it short. - They do not have any professional ethics and integrity. They don't think twice about breaking laws in the country to get their business done. - They have absolutely no business strategy in mind for the future. They talk about big things but they have no resources and have no idea about how to do it. - They have no standards when it comes to salaries and employee benefits. If you are Asian they they will pay you 1/3rd of what people from the west get. Extremely racist that way and that is not expected from a reputed global company. - There is diversity to show clients and get their business but they dont really care about it. If they feel they can get an alternative method to reduce cost by getting an Asian to replace him or her they will do it. Talent and hard work has no play then. - People spend more time in politics than actual work. Extremely unhealthy and potent environment. - No stable management. Partners and managers keep quitting every now and then because nobody wants to stay here. - Interns beware! If you are looking to convert then you have to wait for a minimum of 6 months. And it is illegal to work in a visit visa. Please make sure of the rules before you agree because if you get caught then you will not be allowed to enter the country again ever and can be jailed as well. The company will only be fined and will not take any responsibility. - Their HR is a joke. - A lot of people from the BIG 4. The ones who could not cope up there have come here and even they dont stick here for long once they see how it really is. - 'Technology' consulting and 'business' consulting in GT is a scam. They have no team and dont do anything respectable the field of technology. Audit and Tax are the only decent departments where there is some work but with cons mentioned above.
