Pros
Great people Open environment Unlimited FTO Great experience I absolutely love the people I work with. They are all so friendly, casual and generally fun to be around.
Cons
Low salary Hours worked Unappreciated GT really cares about the money, which I know is how a business functions, but they care TOO much. If you're not charging enough time to clients, you're looked down upon, even if you've been spending non-billable time helping the company progress internally. In the end, money is all that matters. They appreciate the people who want to work 7 days a week, and who have no desire for a work-life balance. Hours are terrible (spring and fall), and you're REQUIRED to stay to a certain time of night, as well as show up for most of the day Saturday, even if you don't have enough work. Pay is absolute crap considering the hours put in and the amount of money that the company makes. You work a lot for free and don't get any benefit. Raises at the end of the year are laughable and the bonuses are so small, there isn't even a point.
