Pros

Half day Fridays. Casual dress. Employee to restroom ratio.

Cons

The work is very robotic. The culture and morale need EXTREME assessment and improvement. The only time you will likely receive feedback is if you do something wrong. Nothing said is confidential - everything works its way through the grapevine. A lot of inappropriate, unethical and unprofessional behavior - even if brought to management's attention no action will be taken. Employee's can get away with practically anything. (which I guess could be a "Pro" depending on how you prefer your work environment.) Employee's can bully, threaten and mistreat one another and will not be addressed. Little to no communication from management about business success - only if it results in you not receiving your annual tiny raise. If business is extremely slow be prepared for layoff's with no notice in mass quantity's. The harder you work, the more you'll be given, but compensation will not match your efforts. Little to no advancement opportunities. Every minute of your day is tracked. No work/life balance. No flexibility (unless you're of 'special privilege')
