      "Old boys club" expect you to work there for years before they will promote you even if you deserve it. Pay is lower.

      Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

      Cons

      If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
