Very set in their ways. Not open to new ideas. Office setting is harsh and back stabbing. Very biased. Nepotism. Nit-picking. If they want you out they push you out with bad reviews. ie no raises Bad reviews by supervisor means no possibility elsewhere in company

We have a 3-5 year rolling plan for each business unit, and we spend significant time every year focusing on reviewing/adjusting our strategies. Wausau is a growing city with a small town feel, and it can definitely be a culture shock for someone coming from a large city. Wausau is great for those that love the outdoors, and has something for every season. None. Greenheck Fan is just a horrible place to work. There is development or career opportunities. I feel like everyone is out to get you.

Cons

No opportunities, poor benefits and pay. Cut throat management. Horrible place. My current company is so much better. I would not recommend Greenheck Fan to anyone.
