      Pros

      None. Greenheck Fan is just a horrible place to work. There is development or career opportunities. I feel like everyone is out to get you.

      Cons

      No opportunities, poor benefits and pay. Cut throat management. Horrible place. My current company is so much better. I would not recommend Greenheck Fan to anyone.

      Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

      Cons

      If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
