Pros

A locally owned company that continually reinvests into its people and business.

Cons

Future engineers shouldn't bother getting a real engineering degree. Instead go to Stout and get the engineering technology degree. Greenheck treats these degrees equal in pay and status.

Thank you for writing a review, we appreciate you taking the time. We have been doing a great job at reinvesting in our people and business, including recent expansions and training programs. As far as the engineering degrees, we do check to see if engineering degrees at each school we recruit/hire from are ABET Accredited. ABET accreditation provides assurance that a college or university program meets the quality standards of the profession for which that program prepares graduates. If you'd like more information, you can look at the ABET Accreditation website here: http://www.abet.org/accreditation/. Based on our research, and the accreditation of the engineering technology degree from Stout, their engineering technology degree meets the standards required to be considered a "real" engineering degree. If you have any other specific feedback, feel free to reach out to me at hr@greenheck.com. Thank you, Sammi HR Generalist

Pros

Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

Cons

If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
