      Pros

      Good onboarding programme, forgiving working environment and you can learn a lot about agricultural business.

      Cons

      Can do more for employees. Few benefits. Bonuses aren't guaranteed. Turnover is high - because its not a place you can really grow. Good for experience building but after 3 years you can't really do much more.

      Incredible local teams who are experts in their industries, strong positive and empowered culture to make decisions quickly and serve clients. A strong market for their sustainability services.

      Competitive pay is a challenge for all companies in this inflationary environment.

      Pros

      One of the best places I have worked. Staff is helpful, clients are great. Good benefits and PTO, remote work schedule that can be flexible.

      Cons

      Lower pay, not a whole of room for advancement
