The most interesting feature was to work 100% remote

Frequent organizational changes led to information gaps and lack of continuity. Following multiple rounds of layoffs, workloads increased significantly, requiring teams to absorb additional responsibilities. At times, there was limited visibility and support from management during these transitions.

Good benefits, good people, and I really enjoyed the remote posture

Sometimes the direction from corporate was nonsensical to the operations in the US. Probably why they shut down the US side of things
