Pros
The commission structure is good. You can make decent paychecks here, but not worth your mental health. Their benefits are pretty good, insurance is awesome.
Cons
The worst management team with the worst team morale. Gucci is all about money, and they treat you as a dollar sign. not a human. General Manager Amy will not even have a decent conversation with you and will not listen to your problems without telling you how you need to be grateful you work here. Favoritism is a problem too, some salespeople are treated differently, they will flip. sales for them, close their eyes when someone bends the rules to get the sale, and so on. Management does not go on the sales floor to help you with an unhappy customer, you deal with it, they tell you. This store is not about luxury service, it's a money machine with money-motivated people working there. If you come there to try something on, a sales associate will turn their back on you, if you don't end up buying. If you are a team player, it is your problem because it is not what management wants you to be. You will not be able to get a day off when you need it. They will decline the request unless you are their favorite. If you take a vacation, don't think that management will cover your back either.
