Pros
It's refreshing that Management really tries to live the Guidewire values every day and I feel like my contribution in valued. Compensation is structured so that co-workers don't feel like they are in competition with each other which promotes a collaborative workplace.
Cons
Due to the pace of change, it can be hard for remote employees to stay connected to what's going on both within their departments and within the company.
