There are no pros .

No communication, had to wait months to be paid, management horrendous, lack of empathy, treat their staff like dirt. No benefits, New employees have been signed up and then their signed contracts revoked within two days of due to starting as “reorganising” the company leaving them without a job as they allowed them to resign from previous job. This happens a lot. No morales. I will not work for a company like this and watch them treat their staff like this any longer.
