      Completely remote is a perk.

      Cons

      Despite a very dedicated team wanting to do a good job, the management undermines that. Payslips and pay were frequently late and needed chasing. Owed vendors money and no reply when chased.

      Very professional and talented art team, interesting AAA-scale project, and modern tech stack

      Cons

      The company has serious issues with fulfilling financial obligations. Salaries are delayed for several months, and this situation has persisted for half a year. Management completely avoids communication: there is no clarity for current employees, and they stay absolutely silent regarding debts to former staff. It feels like they simply ignore people after they leave.
