Management does not lead, but trickles down direct asks from leadership, leaving those who are responsible for output to languish in strategic ambiguity, no concrete goals to work toward, and unanswered calls for more support and team resources despite the company making record profits, Morale among peers is generally low but laughed off because it's supposedly a great place to work.
