Fun at work. Literally for no reason sometimes ! But this is only for those who dont have any work ,for teams having work this is not meant for. Team lunch and outing

It's a company of managers and their relatives.! People not even from IT background are hired just because they are relatives of top level. And the funny thing is they eventually becomes the team lead as most of the new projects and given to them! And as it is started by taking their favourites from UST Global, they do have partiality and considerations everywhere. Some leads are like God. They dont want to change the old process they followed in UST Global. They make us do work for no reason! Just to show the team is not idle. It is better if you remember that you are not working for client now! They want people who dont question anything and obey whatever they say! Most of the work they do are total waste and it's too repetitive that we can do the same work for 365 days! They literally make the people change to a way they never was and even make them say this is not the right way to work. It is totally a worst place for experienced people who join their without any relatives referral. For managers and leads joined later, this may not be applicable. Hike and bonus - you will get good if you are any relatives or in their good list. For others just accept what you get. HR - Another worst part of the company. Here also the manager is hiring his friends and known people.! If you want anything, no matter how many time you followup there wont be any reply. And they dont even ask employees if there is any problem with their job or team. And wont even take feedback from those who exit from the company! They just want branding of the company ! For that they give some cheap poor quality gifts. Salary - For freshers it's good. Good for those who are joining now. But not for the ones who have joined initially and worked hard.
