Pros
Decent pay, well known company. Lots of locations to choose from. Good training and good benefits including insurance and stock options.
Cons
High pressure, constant turnover at the DM level. Every year brings a new master plan. What you did last year is now the dumbest thing they have ever heard of, but just wait a couple of years and it will be right back. Business is in a steady decline...changes in the industry and regulatory environment may bring the end of this company sooner rather than later.
