Pros

Appreciated that, at the time, they were working on employee appreciation. Employees were being recognized by the District Manager for their efforts and I had never come across that up until that point.

Cons

Benefits could be much better.

Very immersive, has potential to be a rewarding stable career…

Cons

…but there are too many gaps in the funnel & the communication between the companies we partner with to the systems being used. The daily data is one business day behind- causing missed deadlines due to tech issues yet management will still use that data, making it inaccurate in real time, The training is a very mediocre Salesforce program. AI has become the go to this season, Leadership isn’t what it used to be.
