Management is focused on ensuring that each team member has a clear career path and expresses expectations of what is needed. Firm has a wonderful team of hard-working associates that truly embody a team approach.

Only con is that at times things can be quite busy, but that is truly a positive as it enables you to learn valuable firm and industry knowledge.

Not much. The office is quiet i guess.

The pay is low, management is poor with purposely confusing instructions. High turnover due to treatment of employees.
