      High-stress, high turnover, poor management

      Pros

      The office is nice and its a great location in Hughes Landing, but that's about it.

      Cons

      Very high-stress environment, lots of employee turnover due to lack of good managers, too much wasted time with busy work and putting out fires that could have easily been avoided. The toxic environment that management creates makes it very difficult to build a career at HFG.

      Support advisors and operations staff are fantastic

      Management is selfish, rude, and does not value any certifications aside from Series 65

      Pros

      The coworkers were enjoyable and the company is growing.

      Cons

      Long hours and lots of stress for no reward. Most of the expectations management has aren't communicated, even when you ask for them, management has a horrible temper and selective memory. And employees never stay long enough for the company to stabilize, so whoever is there is constantly putting out fires.
