Fantastic opportunities for growth & development (both personally and professionally), great people, good benefits although too pricey, vacation/sick time is okay, flexible, offers tuition reimbursement (hard to find these days), free meals, opportunities to travel. If you put in the time, follow policy & procedure, get involved, work hard, are passionate, believe and stand behind what the organization stands for it is & can be a great place to work! F&B is a tough industry to be in!
Cons
Politics, too much emphasis on bottom line (yes it Host a for-profit organization), low level/ skilled management due to low compensation, we need to get better management on the field, too reactivate when should be more proactive, too many major projects roll out at once causing them to be ineffective or to fail, pay should be more competitive, more incentive programs needed for both exempt & non exempt employees, work/ life balance could improve.
