Pros
Good insurance, and under union so you have something watching your back.
Cons
Management is bad i would work morning shifts by myself with no help as a server sometimes waiting on 20 tables at once. No bussers no dish washer and I would be bartender. It was bad management wouldn't come in until noon so you can only imagine if customers were mad how you would handle it. We always ran out of food and would have to tell customers we were out. How do you not have enough eggs when everything on the menu in the morning has eggs. They didn't have a HR person to talk too.
