Cons
Sr. management in North America is in turmoil after sudden departure of their key leader. Delta reorganization was poorly thought out and wasted untold hours and $$'s. Legacy requirements of multiple subsidiaries and "CMS" reporting system for time and expenses make it extremely difficult to book projects, submit time, do project analysis, much less actually send out bills.

A very non-entreprenuerial atmosphere as one is rarely rewarded for doing something new, better while people are fired for unknown reasons.
