Pros
Good starter job for those in college
Flexible schedule, don't need to come in when sick, can basically call off whenever if you ask early enough
Easy interview, basically know some geography and how timezones work
Cons
Low pay
Too many responsibilities at the pay range
You're basically on call and the schedule will suck if you work for a smaller airline in that airport
The insurance is UHC, you obviously know what that means (they're NEVER going to pay for treatment)
