Pros

I work for Solidcor, which is part of the Harmony Fire group, so this review reflects the group as a whole. This is a genuinely rewarding place to work if you believe in yourself, work hard, and live by the values — Athlete's Grit, Captain's Duty, and have a Fun Loving Heart. The work ethic here is unreal — you're surrounded by people who genuinely care about the business, and you're pushed daily to be better. The days are long but they fly by, and hard work gets noticed and rewarded. If you want to be led by inspirational leaders, there's truly nowhere better.

Cons

None for me personally — but be aware it's a high-energy, fast-paced environment with long days. If you're looking to coast, this isn't the place. For anyone who loves a challenge, that's exactly what makes it so rewarding.

Pros

Working at Harmony Fire is a great opportunity for anyone looking to develop their career in a fast-growing company. One of the biggest advantages is the focus on employee progression, with opportunities to take on new responsibilities and develop professionally as the business expands. The company operates in a very fast-paced environment, which keeps work interesting and provides exposure to a wide range of projects and challenges. Harmony Fire has experienced significant growth, creating opportunities for employees to grow alongside the business and contribute to its success. It's also an exciting time to be part of the company, with the launch of innovative product such as Auro, demonstrating a commitment to development and staying ahead in the industry.

Cons

As with any rapidly growing organisation, the fast pace can sometimes be demanding, and processes may evolve as the company scales. Employees need to be adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly

Pros

Working at Harmony Fire has been a genuinely rewarding experience, especially within the fire sprinkler team. The company provides a strong balance between technical challenge, professional growth, and a supportive working environment. One of the standout aspects is the opportunity for progression. There’s a real focus on developing people, giving employees the chance to expand their skills, take on responsibility, and grow within the business. Leadership is approachable, knowledgeable, and supportive, which creates a positive culture where hard work and initiative are recognised. The work itself is meaningful and fulfilling. Being involved in fire safety means contributing to projects that genuinely protect people and property, which gives a strong sense of purpose day to day. The level of challenge keeps the role engaging, with a wide variety of projects and situations that help build both technical knowledge and confidence. Another major positive is the quality of the people across the company. The teams are professional, experienced, and collaborative, making it a great environment to learn and work in. There’s a strong team mentality, and everyone works together to deliver high standards. Overall, Harmony Fire is a great company for anyone looking to build a career in fire safety, particularly if you value progression, supportive leadership, and meaningful work.
