Pros

What everybody does here require great skills and talents and it's just amazing to see all these people work together.

Cons

In this job, you'll have to sacrifice all your time or lose your job! Even when you're on your day off, if you receive a call from your manager, you'll have to take it! If he ask you for something and needs it asap, you'll have to do it! No matter where you are, what you're doing, the job is your priority!

Pros

There's a lot to hate about Harper + Scott, but I can't even think of a single thing that I liked. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

Cons

- Terrible work-life balance: Employees work long hours and are often forced to work through their breaks. They're also constantly made to meet unrealistic deadlines and unreasonable demands, leading them to barely have any time or energy to do anything outside work - Low pay: Employees are paid insultingly low salaries that don't even cover half of the amount of work they do. - Zero opportunities to grow: Harper + Scott doesn't provide employees with any opportunities to advance their careers or grow their skills, leading to decreased job satisfaction. - Hostile managers: Managers are aggressive, caustic, challenging, and incredibly obnoxious. They treat employees like slaves and make it their mission to make them as miserable as possible. - Incompetent leadership: Leadership has no idea what it's doing. They keep making terrible decisions and never take accountability for them. They lack any long-term plan and basically rely on employees to do all the heavy lifting. - High turnover: Working here is already stressful enough, but with how often employees leave, there really isn't anyone you can depend on here, since your coworkers are more than likely just as lost as you are and trying to figure things out as well.
