I don't see this company doing much for employees because of how incompetent the leadership is, as well as the lack of benefits and the terrible salaries employees are given. Working here is also pretty stressful due to how toxic some of the managers here can be.

Employees of Harper + Scott are regularly abused and neglected by the leadership. This company has a decent reputation in the industry, but it’s fake. The reality is that the work environment here is horrible due to the unwelcoming company culture and toxic work atmosphere. Our leaders are verbally abusive and rude. They are disrespectful and don’t respect the personal boundaries of the employees. The culture here is horrible because the leadership itself is awful.
