      Low Pay, Poor Management, Toxic Culture.

      No pros to share on this company.

      Cons

      Company culture is very toxic. A very strong burn out culture and the company has tons of turnover - the turnover rate has to be astronomical. They care very little about their employees and it definitely shows.

      We get to work with some interesting brands and clients.

      Cons

      Below market pay. Micromanagement. Late night and weekend pings are nonstop. Unrealistic expectations. Company saves $$ on hiring and burns out employees.

      Lots of opportunity + lots of burnout

      Pros

      I experienced a ton of growth at H+S. It was in the early days, so there was opportunity for major jumps in title and salary. I got to work on some incredibly creative projects

      Cons

      I experienced horrible burnout there. Feeling at the end of my rope and ready to quit roughly every 3-6 months throughout the time that I worked there. Requires setting strong boundaries early + often, and being ok with disappointing others.
