We also take seriously your comments around pressure and the expectation to be “outstanding” at all times. While we are committed to high standards for our pupils, we recognise the importance of balancing this with staff wellbeing and creating a sustainable working environment. This is an area we continue to reflect on and develop. We are actively reviewing feedback from colleagues across the organisation to better understand these experiences and identify where we can make meaningful improvements — particularly around culture, expectations, and how we support and retain our staff.
