      Pros

      The customer service ethos is core to this organisation and this underpinning of respect and people skills makes for a friendly and personable environment in which to work. The business is extremely supportive in terms of career and personal development.

      Cons

      The work life balance for the shop floor staff is not working as well as it could in my opinion with much of management not appreciating the affects this may have on some people's health. The shop floor staff also need more space to rest and recharge away from customers.

      It was Posh and Becks, duh !!!!

      Lots of travel and they were very high maintenance .
