Great people but lots to improve on - Recruitment Consultant Healthcare Professionals Group Employee Review

Salaries are well below market rate. Minimal development opportunities. (This is not uncommon for an agency though) No option to continue as a resourcer if that’s your preference. Very low retention rate of recruitment consultants. Minimal opportunity to connect and bond with your team which is a big shame since everyone are generally great people. Resources should earn commission if they successfully source and place a candidate. Little to no basic workplace supplies e.g. milk and paper! No EAP program which- this is a basic requirement.
