      Great culture and great place to work

      Pros

      The people are great, collaborative and doesnt feel competitive like some agencies Management are fair and supportive they want you to do well and will help you get there Training - we have dedicated training time and access to external training also Commissions - you get commission on everything and dont need to be at threshold like a previous agency so I love that as it can take time to build your desk Flexibility- I go into the office twice a week and work from home the other days which suits me

      I cant think of anything worth mentioning.

      Pros

      -Some great consultants within the business who create a positive culture -Consultants are generously gifted for reaching targets -Flexibility offered depending on team and manager -Career progression is generally pretty good

      Cons

      -High turnover of staff -Benefits not equal across the business, some resourcers get RDO's and some don't. It depends on your manager. -Salary isn't equal across like-for-like positions, consultants are all on different salaries -Non-billing consultants receive next to nothing when billing consultants wouldn't reach their achievements without the help they receive
