Pros
Most people here genuinely care about helping people—especially gamers and people who don’t feel like they fit into traditional mental health spaces.
Lots of support for coaches!
You make your own schedule
Leadership is super accessible. You can actually talk to the admin team or the CEO without going through a bunch of layers.
They definitely don’t always get things right, but they own it when they mess up and usually try to improve things.
They’re always respectful and professional, even when they haven’t exactly been shown the same courtesy. Honestly, they take tough feedback better than most companies I’ve worked with.
Cons
The platform itself can be frustrating at times. It doesn’t have the same ease or polish as others I’ve used, and that can slow things down.
Things are still developing. Processes and communication can feel a bit disorganized or unclear.
Client flow can be hit or miss, but you can keep clients for a long time! No 8 weeks and then they're done.
No benefits since it’s a contract role, so you’re on your own for healthcare, PTO, etc.
