3yThank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I am sorry to hear that your experience has not always been a positive one.
We have a number of initiatives this year that we hope will address some of your concerns, including operating practices and development for all staff. We are also launching a Mental Health First Aider Community this month following recent certification, but if there is more you think we can do please let us know.
If you are willing, it would be great if you could reach out to the People team and help us determine where to focus our energy and attentions next as we prioritise the various initiatives.
