Pros

Work-from-home Fridays offer a nice work-life balance. There’s a good level of independence and flexibility in day-to-day tasks. Benefits are solid, and the office has grown to include more young professionals, creating a more balanced age range. A great place to gain hands-on experience and learn from seasoned industry veterans.

Cons

The firm has potential, but it’s held back by weak management, minimal onboarding, and a top-down culture that discourages open communication and growth. New hires, often fresh out of school, receive little structured guidance or mentorship which leaves them feeling unsupported. Senior staff can feel distant or unapproachable, and career paths are unclear for junior employees. There’s also a noticeable divide between leadership and younger staff, both culturally and physically, which creates barriers to collaboration. The physical office environment is outdated, poorly maintained, and in need of serious upgrades - affecting both morale and productivity.
