Pros
Working as an adjunct here provided me a great opportunity to expand and hone my teaching skills in a well paid part time position. I was able to develop my own syllabus and teaching style, and faculty was always extremely helpful.
Cons
Sometimes not enough courses to teach. Wish I was able to teach more.
