Pros
The job is fun! There's a good employee discount, mine was 40% off stacked with the current in-store deals and promotions. The work environment is fun, the music is good, and the dress code is very relaxed.
Cons
The pay is, for my area, really bad. Abysmal. I worked as a Breaker, which meant I did everything an assistant manager does (with the exception of certain paperwork), and I made the exact same as a sales associate, $16/hr. The pay compared to the workload are horrible. Additionally, some of the new policies and sales tactics implemented by the company are really weird and drive customers away more than they bring them in.
