**NOTE: Other than the below Pros, All positive reviews are fake** - Pays good in initial years according to Indore's job market. - No politics on higher level, power is centralised to the CEO and family. - CEO has a huge vision for his company but won't rationally pay for the skill it demands, well-because of his Being-Gujrati Syndrome. - Higher management (Other than the CEO) actually wants employees to learn and grow, they have a heart but hands are tied! - Initially, this company forces you to learn a lot in very less time. - They never fire you! Forced resignations. - No notice period after the resignations or forced resignation, leave on the same day!
Cons
- No life only work, the CEO does not want you to have a life. They make you work MINIMUM 12 hour*6 days a week without paying for the overtime. - The owner, an American, doesn't even know how harshly this company operates in India. - Purposefully: 1. Overworks employees. 2. Uses rarely used tech-stack. 3. Operates from tier-2 Indian city for International clients. 4. 12 total leaves in entire year. So no one could switch job easily. - FAKE REVIEWS ON GLASSDOOR! All positive reviews (4/5 stars) are fake. The HR department manages them! - CEO forces everyone to do perform in his crazy circus, here he watches a tech related reel/video on internet and then makes everyone to replicate what he sees. - They never fire employees, Forced resignations! Lack of balls to admit that they don't have an actual reason to let you go. They can even fire you if they don't like your face. - HR is not Human Resource for this company, they are the dirty hands of the CEO. They speak his language, they don't protect the company, they protect the CEO. - CEO is inspired from the show Severance, Closed windows so you won't see outside and think of having a life while you work. Proper slaves. - Employees working here come close to being a zombie each day, People should be given time to be with their families. - Time to office 9:00 AM but no time of returning home and no remote working. - Qualities of the CEO: 1. Full of excitement. 2. Loves to work. 3. Big but fragile ego. 4. No heart. More? I can do this all day, but that looks more than enough.
