Pros

The sales managers are seriously the best in the business. Co-workers are great and it's just a great company all around. Your surrounded by people who want to see you succeed, it's a great environment to work in.

Cons

Expect to work every weekend and most holidays. The hours aren't the easiest, but that's just how things work in retail.

Not too many cons honestly

Cons

They say they are a family business and they care for their employees. If you are starting they give you a 1-2 week training and you have 90 days to perform and they say they are always there to help you blah blah but it is not true, they don't even ask you about your cxs, why you feel you are not selling and they don't try to give you some tips based on the cxs you are having. Sell a lot in the first two weeks or you are gone.
