Pros
The company has some of the best benefits, both in terms of pay, PTO, and insurance. The work life balance is also very good for those who work from home as far as I could tell.
Cons
The organization is very top down heavy. There will often times be 3-5 levels above you before it gets to a VP over just your department. The organization is also always going through layoffs due to their top down heavy approach. It appears they hire way too many people and end up paying the price which is not necessarily a bad thing because the current employees (at least in my area) are not overworked like most organizations. The organization is also STILL holding onto DEI with all of its might. There is absolutely no reason that there should be layers of Diversity Equity and Inclusion Employees. Not to mention that the leads, directors and VPs of “DEI”, are making well above $120k-$250k or more…
