Pros
Very focused on both the employee and the customer. Committed to becoming the best company in the business Forward thinking management Good Compensation and benefits.
Cons
The company although the fifth largest payor in the country is stil going through some growing pains from a regional to a national carrier. Constant new projects to get done compete with each other so everything is a "priority" But then again, most companies are like that.
