      Benefits package, particularly time off. 120 hours vacation and 80 hours sick / personal annually, along with 7 holidays.

      Cons

      VERY "Corporate." One social miscue can cost you your job! Communication lacking in all departments and areas. Company philosopy not translated intoo reality - lip service only!
