      Pros

      401 k is pretty awesome 125% of 6 % pay

      Cons

      They lie. Their mantra is taking care of people, in a healthy environment. The company only projects the idea of well being on the website. Internally, my health suffered because of a workplace injury, and HR ignored me until I had to resign.

      Awesome company to work for. Great leadership. Great Benefits. I've been in the field for over 18 years. This is by far the best company I've worked for.

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cons

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
