      Pros

      Great teams (if your supervisor and/or manager are worth anything) and OK discounts through employe programs.

      Cons

      Complaints against management are brushed under the rug. Intimidation, blackmail and threats are a norm. Thieves and liars promoted because they kiss the right parts of the right people.
