Pros

There really are not any good reasons to work for Humana. I have a new job that pays more and the atmosphere is much better.

Cons

The call center has a high turnover rate, therefore, the customer service representatives have to take more calls, which burns you out. Also, they keep adding more work and don't want to give you a raise.

Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

Cons

Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
