Pros
Working from home due to covid, bonuses, and the pay is decent but can be much better.
Cons
Schedules changed without even asking you if it works for you. Micromanagement is out of this world. Phone system picks up all calls so if you get up for a second and come back you’ll see there’s been an answered call and might have heard anything you were saying. Change is constant.
