      Overall a good company - 3weeks of vacation plenty of sick time that is accrued based on hours worked, if your looking to get into healthcare there is tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      Overall a good company - room for advancement really depends on healthcare reform. Since the subject has come up the company is cutting back on expenses, raises etc.
