Pros

Benefits are good and pay is decent.

Cons

Horrible inclusion PTO and taking off is a JOKE and frowned on. Leads and management are lacking the ability to actually read questions so you repeat yourself while your KPIs are steadily dropping. WFH are the step children and you will wait upwards of 10 mins for a reply. Call center ppl rarely get promoted outside of the center so remember that!

Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

Cons

Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
