Pros
Corporate tower is beautiful. People enjoy what they do (for the most part). The innovation center is an awesome place to work. The company is open to trying new things. It's good times to work for Humana since the company is obviously making money.
Cons
People view the company as a "health insurance" company. We offer so much more than that. Company is too large. Nobody knows all that is going on. Humana should work towards a company wide blog / wiki to allow for associates from other departments to learn about what departments like CGO are doing. Often times there is a lot of duplication of work.
