      Pros

      Supportive colleagues, positive culture, and a vision for continued future health makes Humana a great career environment. WAH opportunity, PTO days and 401K match, along with additional great benefits are a huge plus. The Aetna acquisition has some areas worried, but our momentum still progresses.

      Cons

      I didn't rate five stars mainly because I have heard it varies by area/location regarding a happy, positive career path.

      Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
