      Pros

      Great company to work for. They really care about their employees and is one of the few insurance companies that actually promotes well-being! There are wellness classes you can sign up for and even get wellness breaks.

      Work can be stressful at times.

      Work life balance is excelent. Culture is friendly, and professional

      Managment can not get out of thier own way. So much waiste. The only reason the firm does so well is that its competition is as bad as they are.
